The ''Black Market'' is a place in the "Chao Kindergarden'' where you can buy all the stuff you need to raise a chao. Fruit,Eggs,Hats,and Seeds. Hats are just to make your chao look really cool. As you collect more emblems the Black Market gets cooler/rarer stuff!
